Some time ago our researcher Carlos de Castro gave un interesting interview to Sobrevivir al descalabro about Gaia theory. For the uninititated, Gaia hypothesis is created in the seventies by James Lovelock and Lynn Margulis and is about how the biosphere behaves like a superorganism, Gaia. In the evolution from hypothesis to theory, the more organicist nuances have been relegated by a more regulative idea, cybernetic, if you will, of Gaia. However, our researcher is in favor of taking up a more organicist idea, hence the name of his particular vision: organic Gaia.
